Our Campus

We have carefully selected Double Dwarf Champion Grass for our campus, which isn't just lush—it's low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, and perfect for creating a serene, green haven in any season. This concept was used all throughout our landscape to beautify our campus and surrounding community.

Each flower planted on our landscape was carefully selected to thrive in our climate and enhance your visit with vibrant colors and soothing greenery. We have 20 Carolina Laurel Cherry Trees, 31 Star Jasmines, 90 Roses total comprised of 77 Iceberg Roses with their pure white bloom and 13 Long Stem Roses.

Our facility is protected by Verkada’s security system that offers real-time monitoring and comprehensive protection. As a Verkada authorized partner, we are proud to not only use the technology ourselves in-house, but work with you to enhance your campus technology security.

Our campus features a sophisticated French drain system, designed to efficiently manage excess water and prevent flooding. By using a river rock, we ensure optimal drainage while adding a natural, aesthetic touch to our surroundings. These smooth, naturally sourced stones facilitate water flow and enhance the beauty of our campus landscape.

Over 1,200 cubic feet of premium red mulch weave through our grounds, enhancing both aesthetics and sustainability. Additionally, 25 gallons of mulch glue were used to ensure its strength and enduring quality. The red color isn't just for looks – it also helps regulate soil temperature, retains moisture, and prevents weed growth!

Our 36 narrow and 32 wide windows are fortified with DefenseLite RiotProof Polycarbonate Glass. Defense Lite Glass provides peace of mind, protecting not only our staff and products but also our customers' assets during staging and configuration.

Our campus is nurtured by 223 strategically placed sprinklers, each meticulously calibrated to ensure our lush greenery flourishes, while saving water with advanced IoT irrigation controller.

The MUL-T-LOCK system used on our perimeter ensures that we meet the highest security standards with keys that are impossible to copy, providing peace of mind and safeguarding our innovative environment. Feel confident knowing we prioritize security above all else.

Thanks to our expanded space of 33,000 square feet, we've welcomed more local talent to our team. We've recently hired 6 new staff members and have 3 open positions available. This growth strengthens our workforce and enhances our ability to serve our clients and community effectively.

Enhanced by advanced energy tech and a smart management system, these lights adjust automatically, saving energy while boosting functionality. Our campus uses Verkada's guest management for secure and efficient visitor handling. Digital visitor logs integrated with camera footage enhance security, supporting our government agency and partnership collaborations.
